1. How many letters can I put on Ornament?

​

   We have been personalizing ornaments for almost 2 decades and we are experts at fitting hard names into small spaces. However on very rare occasions we do run across a name that just won't fit into a space. If you feel you have a name that may cause a problem, feel free to contact us via email with your concerns.

2. How lettering will look?

​

   You ornament will look just like most of our examples. We use our signature script of capital letters and dots.

​

3. Do you use only capital letters?

​

   Yes. For every ornament we personalize we use our signature script of capital letters.

​

4. Can I write message on back of ornament?

​

  We would love to do it for you but due to the material its hard to write on the back of most ornaments.

​

5. Can I add a paw print,heart or short message?

​

   It will be our pleasure to add this special touch for you! Please, remember to make a note of it while placing your order.

6. Is there extra charge for it.

​

   It is absolutely free!

​

7. How would you suggest to personalize ornament for expecting mom / couple

​

   there is a few ways to do it:

- write name/sex and due date

- write "surprise' or "?" if you don't know name/sex/date

​

8.  it is my grandchild's 2nd (3,4,etc) christmas. Do you have ornaments with this wording.

 

     We  have ornaments specifically for 1st christmas, but our talented artists can write 3rd 4th, 5th  etc on almost any ornament you chose. Space permitting. Please, contact us via email shop@santasornaments.net

9. Does a family's last name have an apostrophe ?

​

   There is no apostrophe needed when writing the family name,because it is plural form of the name,not possessive. To make plural for last names which end in "S" you will need to add "ES", to avoid awkward look we suggest to write "The Jones Family", "The Hastings Family". Also last names that end in "Z" look better when written "The Lopez Family"

10. What your ornaments are made out of ?

     Our ornaments are made out of resin

​

11. How long does it take to process the order ?  

​

     We will process your order within 2 business days, it might take additional 1-2 days in december.

​

12. What is your shipping charges?

​

     We would like to keep shipping charges as low as possible, so for orders up to $50 the charge is 6.95 and all orders over $50 ship free of charge domestically. the 6.95 shipping offer and the FREE shipping are for orders in lower 48 states. Hawaii and Alaska will be slightly higher.

13. Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?

​

     We do not ship to Canada or Internationally just yet.

14. Do you offer gift wrapping or box?

​

     We are sorry, but right now we do not offer gift wrapping or boxes. We do offer free 5.5" by 4.5" gift bag for every ornament that you purchase.

16. Whai if i misspelled word on my ornament?

​

Payment and Shipping

​

Forms of Payment:  SantasOrnaments.net accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express credit card, PayPal

​

FREE USPS Priority Mail Shipping on domestic orders over $50 to one address.

   Orders are shipped thru USPS Priority Mail to ensure proper handling.  Orders leave our facility within 3 business day and USPS states 2-3 days delivery time to all domestic addresses.

 USA Shipping Costs

Shipping to a USA address start at $6.95. Prices vary by state and size of order!  Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax..

 Express Shipping

Express shipping is offered at additional charges.  Express Shipping does not qualify for Free Shipping

HOLIDAY SHIPPING:

The USPS states to ensure delivery by 12/24 within the US, all orders must be placed by 12/20.

USPS states that delivery is not guaranteed. Scheduled delivery and date and time depend on origin, destination and Post Office acceptance time

Express Mail orders must be placed by 11am EST 12/22 to ensure delivery by the 24th of December..

Processing of Orders:

All orders will be personalized and shipped from our facilities within 3 business days (unless we contacted us regarding an issue with your order).  Please note during the busy holiday season (Thanksgiving to Christmas) orders may take 3-5 business days to process. The USPS priority mail system says shipping takes 2-3 business days for shipping from when the order leaves our facility.  Please note we ship from Baltimore, Maryland.  Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information from USPS Priority Mail.  Please refer to below for any delivery issues:

SantasOrnaments.net is not responsible in the following:

-Late, lost or misdirected orders due to USPS delivery issues or customs detainment.

-If your order is returned to us because you entered an incorrect address during check-out, a $6.95 reship fee will be charged.

-If a package has been scanned by a USPS postal carrier and confirmed as delivered, but you state you did not receive it.

-If an order is Out for Delivery and has a Delivery Status Not Updated status.

-If a package is missing after being confirmed delivered by your USPS Carrier.

-If your order is delayed due to weather conditions or any other condition out of the control of the USPS or Ornament Express.

-If a package is lost while in the possession of the USPS.

-If you are a registered returning customer and use an old address that is no longer yours.

Returns & Refunds

if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

All orders are proofed before leaving our facility,unfortunately sometimes errors do occur. We apologies for this error. We will replace it right away just contact us via email shop@santasornaments.net. In the Subject line, please write MISSPELLED ITEM-tell us which item(s) are to be replaced by giving us the item number and your Order number. Please, attach a photo. You will receive an email and tracking information when we ship the replacement. This will be done within 5 days of receiving your email. if we have questions,we will be in touch with you via email. All claims should be e-mailed to us within 10 days of delivery of your goods.

Refunds are also very easy. If you are not happy with your purchase, just return it to us (return postage is your responsibility) within 10 days and we’ll credit the entire purchase price of the ornament(s) to the credit card you used on your order. All refunds must be emailed to us within ten (10) days of receipt of order at shop@santasornaments.net Please be sure to include your order number as it appears on your order confirmation email. After you have emailed us,you will need to ship orders back to our facility.

EXCEPTIONS:

SantasOrnaments.net will not be responsible:

-if you misspelled a word or incorrect date during the check-out process

-if you purchased additional quantities by accident

-if you do not like where the writing has been placed by our artist

-if you do not like the style of handwriting used by our artist

-if you claim an item is defective,but will not e-mail us a photo or send it back to us for review (customer responsible for postage costs)

-if you send an item back to us and it arrives to our facility broken or damaged 

-if you purchase an item and the color  varies from site.

Our ornaments are hand painted and so they are unique. Color may vary. We do not consider variations as defect.

-if you would like to return a personalized ornament ,because you no longer want it or need it for an occasion.

-if you tried to "fix" a mistake on the ornament without contacting us for assistance.
